I am happy to announce that the Morning Glory cookbook is finally underway. There is a possibility of a publisher picking it up, but regardless we will publish it ourselves if we have to. Each month we will be featuring a recipe from the book so that you can get a taste of what is to come. The book will include recipes from Morning Glory Restaurant and some favorites of The McCully House Inn, my first restaurant. There will be lots of photos and it will be autobiographical so that you can an idea about what it is like to have a career in the food industry.
